지도밖공동체, 서로맑음 스튜디오와 함께한 작업물입니다. <지도 밖 공동체>는 지역공동체 활성화와 공익활동 증진을 위해 새롭게 출범한 충남지역공동체활성화센터와 함께한 프로젝트입니다. 기존의 종이 설문 작성과 반복 정리 과정에서 발생하는 불편을 줄이기 위해, 누구나 쉽게 설문을 제작하고, 응답 데이터가 자동으로 DB에 축적되는 웹 설문 시스템을 구축했습니다. 수집된 데이터는 인증된 관리자만 접근할 수 있으며, 필요 시 엑셀 파일로 내보내 별도 관리가 가능하도록 설계했습니다. 주관식·객관식·우선순위 설정·조건부 문항 등 다양한 설문 유형을 지원해 최소한의 정보로도 효율적인 데이터 수집이 가능합니다. 또한 DB에 축적된 데이터를 시각적으로 활용할 수 있도록 성과 공유용 인포그래픽 페이지를 함께 제작했습니다. 해당 페이지는 2025년 충남지역공동체활성화센터 성과공유회 현장에 설치·활용되었습니다.

〈Beyond the Map〉 is a project developed in collaboration with the Chungnam Community Activation Center, a newly established integrated hub dedicated to revitalizing local communities and promoting public-interest initiatives. To eliminate the inefficiencies of paper-based surveys and repetitive manual data整理, we built a web-based survey system that allows users to easily create surveys while automatically storing responses in a centralized database. Access to the collected data is restricted to authorized administrators only, and the system supports exporting data as Excel files for independent management. It accommodates a wide range of survey types—including open-ended and multiple-choice questions, priority ranking, and conditional logic—enabling the collection of only essential information with maximum efficiency. In addition, an infographic page was created to visually present the accumulated data for public reporting and presentations. This infographic page was installed and utilized at the 2025 Chungnam Community Activation Center Performance Sharing Conference.
